    Latest Wine News

We currently make our wines in four Collections to suit every taste and price:

    The Seven Oaks Collection

    The Seven Oaks Collection

These are our premium wines that are full of flavour, for everyday easy drinking and offer superb value for money. Enjoy at home or share with friends. We make them in white, rosé, and red styles. Our bottle labels show our seven oaks: 6 large and one small tree.

    The ‘6+1’ Collection

These super premium wines reflect our long history and reflect our Seven Oaks name. Only the best grapes are picked for our flagship Collection. We offer two exclusively red wines that are barrel-matured, one single cultivar and other a blend of two cultivars.

    The Padre Rednose Collection

Just one bottle in this Collection, another red blend. We have named it after a lay preacher who made a moonshine blend. He was the previous farm manager who enjoyed a tipple and so we kept him on until he retired. His name lives on in this wine.

    Per L’Amore di ANDIE  MCC

This brut is a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend, fermented in the bottle for more than 24 months. A clean flintiness on the palate with luscious fruit, nutty and soft creamy notes. The wine retains its fresh racy zestiness which is a result of crisp acidity and delicate fruit. It has an elegant fizz, with a firm structure, good depth of flavour and a well-integrated mousse. Fresh, dry, lingering and well structured, this is an elegantly matured wine.
Drink now or over the next two years.
Enjoy as an aperitif with blue cheese, with smoked venison carpaccio, creamy chicken,  duck a lórange or crème brule.
