This distinctive pinotage is a deep red colour. It has plums, herbs and liquorice on the nose, complemented by wood from 9 months on French oak. A medium to full-bodied wine with a rewarding finish on the palate and flavours of herbs and berries coming through. This is an ideal wine to served with braai meat or pair with spicy South African dishes like bobotie. Be brave and serve chilled with baked pears and berries.
