Raspberry, black plum and mulberry aromas on the nose. Subtle vanilla spice and dried herb (organum & sage) aromas with a touch of graphite (pencil shavings). Fruit driven, concentrated, complex and beautifully layered with black plums, black cherries, raspberry, and cranberry fruit that covers your palate. The Padre is a medium to full-bodied that is well-structured, and balanced.

A very nice wine. Lovely garnet in colour with hints of red berry and chocolate on the palate. Soft on the finish.
